DIRECTV will be launching another satellite DIRECTV-11 on March 8, this will allow DIRECT TV to go for high-definition expansion as planned. With the launch of new satellite DIRECTV will have enough
bandwidth to provide more HD channels. DIRECT TV is planning to bring 150 high-definition channels before the end of the year. DIRECT TV already launched 90 HD channels and this new satellite launch will allow DIRECTV to go for further 60 HD channels.
