ESPNews HD set to launch on March 30

ESPNews a Twenty four hour sports news television channel will launch its HD channel and will broadcast the first hour simulcast on ESPN HD on March 30 at 8.00 AM and later at on ESPN2 HD at 11:30 AM and at 11:30 PM. ESPNews is planning to launch the HD version with a new look with “HD Sideline” graphic that will wrap the top, left apart from the traditional bottom to give the viewers more comfort with news, scores, league standings, real-time information and stats. Bryan Burns, ESPN vice president of strategic business planning and development said “March 30 will be a special day for ESPN and sports fans.”
