Phillip Swann's prediction on Digital transition

The digital-TV transition is a year left, its really a doubt if the public really pays attention towards the media announcements and by the government on this issue. Phillip Swann, president of TVPredictions.com addressed on this topic during his address at The National Cable Television Cooperative’s Winter Educational Conference. Swann predicted that FCC may wind up or may postpone the digital transition and he expects in the second half of the year and start of the next year some utter confusion on this matter. He called this as “The digital-TV transition is going to be the Katrina of technology”.
