Russian news channel 'Vest' added to DIRECTV's RussianDirect Package

DIRECTV, the leading satellite TV provider in the country added Russian-language channel 'Vesti' to its Russian Programming Package. 'Vesti' is a Russian-language news channel covering major national and international news and events 24 hours-a-day seven days-a-week. Its a part of Russian Television and Radio (RTR) and is a leading broadcaster and content provider.
The news channel provides on an hourly rotation with ten-minute bulletins on major national and international news every half hour and also delivers business, sports and cultural updates. 'Vesti' channel is included in RussianDirect programming package along with Muzika Pervogo, Vremya, Dom Kino, RTR Planeta and C1RW.
