Showtime to air 'Inside the NFL' from Sept. 10

The National Football League's "Inside The NFL" aired on the HBO cable network from 1977 to 2008 is moving to rival pay cable network Showtime in the fall. CBS Sports and NFL Films will produce the show for the Showtime Network and will be broadcasted at 9 p.m. Wednesdays starting Sept. 10 and running through Feb. 11. Executive Vice President of NFL Media Steve Bornstein said "Inside The NFL has set the standard as one of the best shows on television for over 30 years and fans will continue to enjoy the same high-quality production from NFL Network and CBS Sports this season on Showtime.”
