For the fourth time in four years, Armstrong basic-cable television customers in central and western Crawford County will be paying more. Starting March 1, the price for basic cable service will be $48.45 a month, an increase of $2.50 per month from the current $45.95. The increase is the fourth year in a row Armstrong has raised rates. It hiked basic cable rates $2 in March 2007, $2 in March 2006 and $3.55 in March 2005.
