I switched from Dish to Direct last week and I so wish I had done it years ago. Everyone with Direct have been so helpful and the installation was great. I really enjoy the satellite radio. Thanks again. Happy to be with you.

I switched to Directv, because Charter's prices were higher and picture quality and programming were inferior.

I am fed up with Charter cable. They will never be on my property ever again. Just wanted to know if its true that you might lose your signal when it rains or is just when the rain is very heavy? Not that it will keep me from making the change. Also tell me my bill won't be paded with unseen charges.
