I've got directv in my bar, and I LOVE it. There's really no other choice if you want to please your customers. It's great to know that no matter what they want to watch, it's going to be on directv. For sports fans, you can't beat it. I don't find a need for a DVR, but the hi-def is a must. It rocks.

I got Directv for my lounge area just in time for the New York Giants/New England Patriots game on 12/29/07. I am pretty sure that the number of patrons that night will double because I have the NFL Network. Best move I could make.

If you own a bar/lounge/pub, etc, you have to get direct tv. There's no other way to go. My customers come to my place because I have it. They love it. All sports, all the time.

My company has Direct TV, and we love it. All of the employees enjoy being able to watch TV on their lunch breaks. We also have the XM radio piped throughout the building. There are so many stations to choose from, so we switch it up every day. Whenever there is a big sporting event on during the work day, we put it on the TV in our conference room for people to watch. Very cool.
