We have had DirecTV since Nov 2, 2008. We switched from Cox cablevision and we couldn't be more pleased. Besides getting moree programming it is cheaper than Cox as we save nearly $40.00 a month. One thing I might suggest, when you reassign channels to a different location (number) and then let your customers know where the programs are moved to.

We have had Direct TV for several years now and upgraded to the HD. The customer service is great and the picture quality is fantastic. We rarely get any service failures and enjoy our Direct TV very much. I wil take this service over any of the rest because it is the best.We have had cable service and will never go back to it.
