Direct TV Rules!!!!!!!!!! way cheaper than cable. Better technology. More professional installation, and service.
I had cable TV until today! I had one cable receiver with 150 channels (channels that keep changing, without prior notice).
I just lowered my TV bill by $5.00 per month by switching to Direct TV.
Here is what I got for my five dollar savings:
6 receivers with over 200 channels!!!
3 of the receivers are DVR Players that allow you to record 2 shows simultaniously!!!!
I got the game channel for the kids (and myself). This allows us to play games like solitaire, backgammon, etc... on every tv in the house!!!!!!!!!
I'm also getting 3 months of HBO, Showtime, and Cinimax absolutely FREE!!!!!!
Plus I still get all my local programming, and now it's on one dish!!!!!!
I got a bunch of commercial free radio stations too!!!!!
I will never ever go back to cable.

Thank you for the free showtime I love the program's; I've been happy with my service.
We love our direct TV!!! Also, great installers! Much more TV for the price compared to local cable, and we even got an employee discount with local cable, and it was still less expensive. Still had my favorites, home design 229 and movies. Jim loves the game shows and sports, on top of that I get a travel channel. We cannot say how satisfied we are!!!

I got tired of my cable company always raising prices for their service, so I switched over to DirecTV.
I am so happy with the entire DirecTV experience.
The installer called the next day after I ordered DirecTV and we had our dish antenna installed the following day. One of the first things we watched was the SuperBowl in High Definition TV. Wow, it feels like I just got a new pair of eyes - everything is so much more clear in HDTV.
We also received several calls from DirecTV confirming that the installation was on time and to make sure we were happy with their service. I wish I had made the change over years ago!!!
Not only with HDTV, but also the option that we can "Program" our DVR from anywhere in the world there is an Internet Connection. So, if I see some show that I want to record at home and I'm at work or out somewhere, no problem. I just click the button on the DirecTV Website and it sets our DVR to record the show we have chosen.
We are extremely happy with both DirecTV's Picture Quality and their Customer Service.

I would like to let Direct TV know thank you. I was very upset this weekend with another company. I called Arron ext 170 and he was the nicest person I have spoken too. He went out of his way to get fast service on to my tv's. Please let him know that I am very thankful to him. I have two older ladies in my house and they were out of tv's since Wednesday. I hope you recognize him for his kindness.

Thank you so much for finally showing the "true" local forecast to your subscribers in Spartanburg, SC. I moved here 3 years ago, and was a prior customer of Time Warner Cable, which had a great local forecast on The Weather Chanel. I really missed it, and would always check the weather on my computer,rather than look at the "Locals on the Eights". Again, Thanks!

DirecTV is far and away better than cable, my entire family loves it and have ordered it exclusively through Expert Satellite, like I did 3 years ago and since then I have never regretted the great service they gave me and my entire family. Crystal clear HD and digital channels, you will love it. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the cash guzzling cable companies.

I absolutely love my DirecTV... Especially the deal that I
got through the Premier package because of the movies that I get to watch anytime I want. I'm thrilled that I no longer have to deal with my cable company anymore, and all of the problems I kept having with their poor customer service and very SMALL offering of only a few high definition channels!
With DirecTV I now have over 130 channels in Hi-Def and the picture quality is the best ever (100% digital, mind you - - not analog!!!) And... I even got a free HD/DVR...which means I get the luxury of recording my soap operas while I'm at work and watch them when I get home.
Expert Satellite took care of my needs so quickly and efficiently, and I get soooo much for a terrific price. I told my friend about this last month, and then Expert Satellite gave me $125 just because I referred her and she got DirecTV too !
